Is there anything my child can break or buy? No. There are no in-app purchases and no ads, and the only links out — to email support or rate the app — sit behind a parental gate, so little fingers can’t reach them.

Koala Countdown does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information whatsoever. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no internet connection is required.
The app saves two small preferences on your device only, so it remembers your last settings: the last timer length you chose, and the last character you picked. These never leave your device, aren’t linked to you or your child, and are removed if you delete the app.
Everything above describes the app, which remains entirely offline and data-free. This website — koalacountdown.com — separately uses cookieless, anonymous visitor analytics: no cookies, no cross-site identifiers, and nothing that identifies you. That applies to the website only, never to the app.
Koala Countdown is intended for young children under a parent or guardian’s supervision and is designed to comply with COPPA, GDPR-K, and Apple’s Kids Category requirements. Because the app collects no data at all, there is no personal information for anyone to use, disclose, or protect.
